My name is Grzegorz Klonek, and I am a nutritionist specializing in helping obese individuals, especially those whose obesity results from hormonal disorders and diseases. I completed my master’s studies at the University of Physical Education in Katowice and postgraduate studies in dietetics and nutrition planning at the Higher School of Social Sciences in Lublin. In 2016, I founded my practice, Lenacor Center for Dietetics, which sees almost 2,000 people annually with these issues. The trust my patients place in me comes from my empathy and deep understanding of the challenges faced by obese individuals, particularly because I was once severely overweight myself, weighing 138 kg a few years ago. Despite a strict diet, I couldn’t lose weight, and that’s when I learned about insulin resistance.

Since childhood, I’ve been interested in health and sports. With full dedication, I became a representative of Poland in judo and jujitsu at the age of 17. I achieved top positions in world cups and represented our country at the World and European Judo Championships. In 1998, I became a member of the broader Olympic team for Athens 2004. I am a multiple medalist in the Polish Championships in both judo and jujitsu.

Privately, I am a happy husband and father, full of enthusiasm and joy. I love sports, traveling, developing myself, reading books, and enjoying good coffee.

In life, I am guided by responsibility, development, and effectiveness. I live by ideas I strongly believe in, and my vision is to provide everyone with the tools to improve their health. My motto is “if you think you can’t change anything, change your thinking…”
